Photos and final sign-ups at the May dance:

If your picture is not in the current membership directory (eg: you joined since its last publication) Bob Cargill will be taking photos at the May 16the dance in preparation for the next edition of the member directory. Remember to wear a smile! J

Dance committee sign-ups:

There are also some open dance date assignments for the next season; please sign up on May 16.

Dues:

The Treasurers (Sandgrens) will be mailing annual dues statements this summer; please ensure they are paid by early August if not before. Dues remain the same as for the 2008-2009 season.

Election results:

Congratulations to the Horners, Gumbrells and Philpotts who were elected by the membership to begin a three-year term on the Executive Committee starting with the 2009—2010 season.

The Executive Committee is planning to meet in June in a combined meeting of the current and new members at which time new assignments will be made along with selection of a new chaircouple. The new assignments for the executive committee will be published thereafter.

The three out-going couples who are leaving the Executive Committee at the end of this season are the Badiyans, Jaakkolas, and Sorvalas. A special thanks to the Sorvalas for serving two years as the chaircouple.
